The automotive advisor’s business management solution will support Jaguar Land Rover global transformation programme
October 1st, 2020, Manchester, UK – ASE Automotive Solutions, the market leading provider of composite and consulting services to the automotive industry, has secured its largest international agreement with Jaguar Land Rover, the UK’s largest automotive manufacturer. The company will provide Jaguar Land Rover with business management and consultancy services across its 1,645 retail and dealer network outlets in 28 countries around the world. With the automotive industry facing significant disruption, the provision of accurate and timely data is critical for the management of a retail network. Jaguar Land Rover has engaged ASE Automotive Solutions to help it reduce complexity in its business processes by providing accurate, high quality detailed data analysis for dealer risk assessment and profit improvements.
Jaguar Land Rover is currently undertaking a substantial review of retailer profitability and efficiency drivers in all its markets. Such a strategy requires detailed data as the foundation for business decisions, so the company decided to work with ASE Automotive Solutions due to its combination of unique data analytics tools and many years of automotive experience. Jaguar Land Rover has committed to a long-term agreement, which will see ASE Automotive Solutions advise operations in all markets using ASE Global Data Services solutions. This service provides automotive companies with a holistic detailed picture of dealer performance globally, enabling them to assess how best to support their dealerships in areas such as sales and aftersales.

ASE Automotive Solutions has started a phased expansion of its services to the Jaguar Land Rover operations around the world, beginning in Australia, Russia, Europe and North America and will finalise the deployment in all Jaguar Land Rover markets in the next few months.
