ASE Automotive Solutions Takes Over US Operation

ASE Automotive Solutions looks to grow its global presence and respond to customer demand for its expert services

Manchester, 25 September 2020 – ASE Automotive Solutions, the automotive industry’s trusted advisor, today announced it has completed the acquisition of the minority interest in its US operations of its previous joint venture partner. The company is looking to further expand its global footprint and respond to growing demand from its global customers for its industry recognised expert services in the United States of America. As automotive brands and their international dealer networks look to build consistent global strategies, ASE will give its US customers the confidence of an industry standard global approach to drive efficiencies in dealer networks and identify new opportunities to grow revenue.

ASE Automotive Solutions has operated in the USA for 10 years and is currently working with a number of the world’s most recognised super luxury brands. Kelly Durga, who has been working with ASE for the last four years, will be Country Director for ASE clients in the US and brings more than 15 years experience working in the automotive industry, both on the National Sales Corporation (NSC) and dealer side. Durga will be looking to maintain and strengthen relationships with existing local clients, while expanding international relationships into the US helping clients to better understand and extract value from their composite financial data.

Present in 66 countries around the world ASE has opened offices in Australia and Brazil in the last year, so taking control of the joint venture will enable ASE to continue its expansion plans by investing in its US team and infrastructure. ASE will provide its full range of business management and performance improvement consultancy services to enable clients to drive new revenue opportunities and achieve greater efficiencies in their dealer networks.
